Adept Project Share, an Agile project management tools with Realtime Virtual Scrum Board and Burndowncharts
Agile projectmanagement & Scrum development could not get any easier:
This is, how Scrum in Adept projectshare works:
- Project manager / Scrum master, Creates activities or sprint in either MS Project or directly on the web browser.
- Scrum master together with the team, creates a "Product Backlog" at the Realtime Virtual ScrumBoard. No matter where your team is located. They can all see and interact through a Browser.
- The team, enters the spending hours on a timeregistration for the Sprint.
- The Burndownchart is calculated based on entered spent hours and ETC (Estimate to Complete).
- If the ETC is exceeds the original ETC from the original plan, the Project Manager is notified.
Drop the yellow notes from the wall, the notes are not blown away from the Adept projectshare "virtual Scrumboard":
With the Adept Projectshare's "Virtual Scrum Board", the scrum master can create a "Product Backlog" directly on the browser, while the rest of the team can watch or even interact.

You can use Scrum in 3 ways:
1) web interface: Create your sprints directly on the web and begin to scrum.
2) Projectsimple: Use projectsimple, Projectsimple is a Project management desktop application tool with Gantt and timelines, that calculates all for you. Create your Sprints fast and easy in Projectsimple and export them to projectshare scrum server. Then all you have to do is to create your scrumboards based on your exported Sprints.
3) MS Project: If you still want to use your ms project, Use your ms project as EPIC, I.E. It will hold your Sprints and budgets. Then export the sprints into the Adept projectshare and begin to scrum.
